What happend with the table for winnings (gold won after the game)?
i believe there used to be such a table but it seems to be gone now.

You're right, I used to have it in, but I removed it. The simple reason for that is that there is no way to get re-rolled winnings, making the entire table potentially wildly inaccurate. So I figured no information is better than disinformation, although I would've liked to get the re-rolled winnings too.
