I comfirm that
First Play Off match done and to the surprise of no one the Mad Science Fair continues it's no losing streak and beats the Opa Gangnam Style with 2-0.
I started of bad when I did not realize Barmution started to kick and put up a defence instead of offence at the start. Barmution was nice enough to point it out before timeout so I could at least move back a ball pick up guy. Thanks.
First half was mostly even, due to bad positioning from my side and some unlucky dices from Barmution. I managed to get 2 steps into his half before I lost the ball. Should probably have stayed directly glued to the sideline. Then I would have had some chance to score at least.
Second half I tried to stop his offence but I was slightly outnumbered for some time so he mostly ran through my defence. The claws started to work in the middle of the second half but it was too late.
For three seasons in a row I have been able to advance to the play-offs but still no advance beyond that. So next season my goal will be to win my first play-off match.
The team is developing nicely so I look forward to play it in the next season. If that is an option.

Thanks for the match, Hakos. It was a pretty close affair until late in the 2nd half and then that heroplay came close to saving your day. Looks like you got some nice skillups for the next season, that Golem really needs block... And I'm glad I bought a spare Hobo, to say the least...

Warpstone Maniaks move to the final after beating Ogracadabra 3-2. After coming back from a 2-0 disadvantage, the ogres scored a late equalizer in turn 16 and it looked like the game would go to overtime... but a riot made the ref move the clock back and the outnumbered snotlings were no fight for the gutter runners. The first half was total domination by Gnaarkill (dodging 3+ like it was nothing, he didn't need a single reroll and practically did whatever he wanted on the pitch). Second half proved harder as he burnt them rather quickly and got some pretty bad rolls, while my rolls were very good at times.
It was a crazy match with way too few injuries in both sides and where kick-off events were key: a quick snap for the rats made the first TD easy, then a rock thrown by the crowd allowed the ogres to start their comeback at the start of the second half. Finally, that last riot sealed the deal. I set my snotlings to prevent a 1 turner and what I got instead was a 6 rat cage deep in my half... not much you can do against that (game ended after a failed GFI... my next move was a -2d on the Blodging GR :D). I also got fortunate with 2 cheering fans, those rerolls really gave me an edge.
I think the most glorious moment of the game was seeing a snotling carrying the ball, being blitzed by a Rat Ogre and injuring it after a both down result. Really nasty stuff. The other highlight was a dead linerat in turn 2, but the apothecary saved him. Luckily for the rats, he was not needed any more despite all the blocks and foul play that the snotlings displayed.

That playoff order is based on the internal rankings in the client. Looks like SSD and DDG are tied at points, client puts SSD at first place, probably due to bigger TD differential. There was discussion about how the order of the tied teams should be decided at the start of the Ull's playoffs. I don't know if we got a definite solution for this.
