Sorry again folks for week of absence on my part, had few things to sort out. But, let's now try to get a new season started!
So, folks have been thinking that we should go with fresh teams also for this season. So let's go with that. I'm in with some team, have to see if there are any new teams around and what others will be bringing in.

- This is the only for new & fresh teams.
- League will be played with normal 1 match week per 1 real-time week pace.
- As last season, we'll be enforcing the rule that if you don't show up to play a game on agreed time AND you don't tell about your absense at least an hour before the match in the forum, you'll forfeit the game with an 2-0 admin loss to your opponent who is waiting for you.
- ALL NEW COACHES ARE WELCOME!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW COACHES:
1. Read the introductory thread with the explanation on league structure HERE (http://norscaleague.com/index.php?topic=3.0).
2: Create an account on this forum. Note that due to high activity from spam-bots, admins have to approve your account before you can post here. This shouldn't take longer than a day or two.
3: Post a reply in this thread that you want to join.
4: Read the "Essential rules" section HERE (http://norscaleague.com/index.php?topic=65.0) and post a reply in that thread that you have understood the rules.
5: The admin team will add you on the participant list in this post.
OLD Coaches now the drill, just tell what team you'll be taking to the trophy hunt.

I've been getting cold feet after reading up on them a bit anyway though, I think the controlling playstyle requires a bit more discipline from coaches than what I have.

Gurgeh is interested but apparently he lives in a barrack right now due to the landlord making a total renovation of his apartment so he has no possibility to join for several weeks. So he is out. /hakos

Kvasilad, Tags has been added as admin of the league. You can now wonder how skimpy the settings possibilities are there.

Yeah, I am trying that in my IRL league right now and wanted to try it online as well.
So many keyplayers are getting the job done, as long as I roll average and not worse. :D

Amazing news if they get it right. Even more amazing if they get it done this decade. I'll put on some patience cream before I get too hyped.
Just a bit bitter that they allways have to relese a new game when they have a couple of bugfixes. I like most of the changes but they should have been a part of the game at realese.

Well Lars, it seems like most of the improvements will be available even without purchasing the new stuff. But if you want the races, it's an extra cost for sure.

Obviously excited about the new races, and I've never played anything Slann-like, but these seem like pretty major things as well (which arguably should've been there in the first place, but still):
* New chat tab in a league
* Post-match chat
* A pause system in multiplayer
* Possibility to play a league with a mix of human players and AI teams.

As for the rest of us, looks like we're only 6 eligible coaches left. So my suggestion is that we delete the current competition, and create a new one for season 25 with 6 teams. There does not seem to be a way to change the current competition from 8 to 6 teams. This does unfortunately mean that we will have to wait for all the teams to join the new one. Does this seem reasonable to everyone?
Yeah, much better than having 2 bye teams.
