Game of Bretonnians vs Vampires played in brilliant sunshine. Not even the strongest sun glasses could help the vampires who failed three passing attempts until the fourth one actually connected and gave them a well deserved TD. But we are getting ahead in the story here, let's start from the beginning.
First half is a massacre. The Bretonnians start on the offence and knocks out players left and right. The vampires do their part as well by removing a few more thralls. In the last 3 turns the few remaining players just lie down letting the Bretonnian peasant have some fun by fouling wildly. Wilhelm Chaney is KOd and never recover but otherwise the fouling bonanza does not give much. Oh yeah, Bretonnians score 1-0 in turn 8.
Second half is quite even. The vampires spread out all over the field and send in three thralls on the Bretonnian half to be ready to score if a ball reaches them. It takes four attempts but finally one vampire manages a throw, the thrall catches it and promptly scores. 1-1 in turn 13.
Three turns to decide the game. The vampires are playing excellent defense using their hypnotic gaze to full effect. The ball is loose at one point and it looks like the vampires could score but a bad case of bloodlust stops that possibility. Instead the Bretonnians get a final chance. The knight picks up the ball and runs. He get hit but manages to stay up. He can see the TD zone but is surrounded by three players when turn 16 starts. After one block it seems there is only one way to score but it requires a 50% dodge and a 67% dodge. Both are successful and the game ends 2-1.

Thanks for the game Saitani. It seems all my dodges (8) and all my GFI (9) succeeded. That really made a big difference today. Plus the early KOd in first half ofc. Better luck in next game.

This will be a short report. I have a high fewer right now, so can't think right.
Humas vs Lizards was an game, where Nuffle decided that lizards luck needs to change for the better. And because of that, they where able to steal the ball over and over and score 3 goals against humans.
In second half Lars did see an opening and took it and scored beautiful goal. I couldn't do anything about it.
Game ended for the lizards 3-1.
It was an fun game, a little bit one sided because of the dice, but Lars was cool about it and played beautifully.

Another match day, and the MAD folk continued their almost flawless streak of games. There was no stopping the Ogre offence on the first half, Gnoblars kept their cool and took hits like champs and finally the star player Goblin sneaked through to handoff the ball to Gretel waiting on the goal line.
Second half Pro Serfs started their offence well, stunning some Ogres and starting to dwindle down the Gnoblars finally. Then a lightning struck, ball-carrying Hogoblin was knocked out and a Gnoblar ran in to pick up the ball. What ensued could be described as Gnoblar and Dwarf play where the ball-carrier was running around the field with Chaos folk chasing him. The ball was finally stopped on the midfield after an Ogre decided to move the balled Gnoblar faster down the field and the poor ball-carrier landed on his face. But clock had wound down too much and the MAD folk couldn't get the ball up fast enough.
Thanks again for the game Mr. B. and sorry about that dasdardly injury luck continuing with that -AV on the Ogre. Hope you have a better next season!
Last match of MD7 played, and it was a bit of a nailbiter. It had bashing, running, bashing, passing, more bashing, bombs, bashing and a little bit of bashing. My norse got rather lucky with few injuries, while the mighty blows thinned out the ranks of the orcs somewhat to keep the playing field about level throughout. A few key luck moments were decisive, like a horrible snake eyes roll for an early-turn GFI for atte which pretty much led to the first Norse touchdown, and a bit of a nervy pass into traffic for the second one. Stats look kinda even, but to be honest I felt Nuffle's Favour pretty heavily in this one.
Anyway, thanks for the match atte, good luck going forwards!
