Tags: I can play today (sunday 14/5) almost any time if we manage to catch each other. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday will most likely not be available due to work. But thursday-sunday is a four day holiday for me so plenty of blood bowl time available there...

First game of the season and the crowd got what they wanted, BLOOD!
the kings needed a few rounds of warm up before dishing out punishment, Later reports indicates that the players were bribed to holdback thei punches for a few rounds so the Headcoach could cash in on some bets.(this might be why their cash reserves are over tripple what they should be)
On the other hand the refs did not like this and let the Amazonians stomp on anything on the ground with impunity much to the joy of the cheering crowd.
The game ended in a 1-1 with a small chance of a t16 td. Good luck in the next one Lars :)

Second game in Da Books.
Some horny hooves when out to face some half men with PainTrees.
Some funny numbers witha Pun.
First, Half, two, Tree, 11 heads vs 22 hooves,
One piggball and 40 other balls, including nervs.
Well, the tree fell One after another. But the half Men, went Meeh, and hammered out some hooves.
The ball still got stuck in some horns and went with it.
The Tree, stayed and did not bother some Claws, but felt slow some times, stying in the fellow grasslings.
It went quite calm, and the numbers were even as the halfling, hurt themself more by getting thrown than that sharp nails.
Anyhow, we did not stall to much, and gave the halfgames some turns to equalize, but that did not happen as the ball and the fling went off.
So 1-0, the the Horns vs the half.
Next half the tree went with haste and killed a horn, injured the next in line the following round. Probably feeling alone as the other stayed out.
But then, the mino got the swing and removed the last tree.
Some flings went bananas and run for it, almost made the pass that would have been trouble to catch, but the throw went less accurate and was lost.
Down on rerolls the hooves decided to go safe, as safe as we can in this game. Covered the ball but not much more.
Then it turned, the luck and all the dodges which was flawless in first half struck, and struck hard.
Fireball flew in an went wet as nothing was affected.
Followed with failed dodge and out he went, half and still as one.
That ment the Horns could get a firm grip and the rest is history.
2-0 in the end, odd game where it was decided really late how it would end.

Hi, got sick on tuesday evening (just a normal cold). I feel good now but for the last two days I did nothing. Just watched movies on the sofa (when not sleeping) trying to recover as quickly as possible. Im really sorry for not letting you know.
I can probably play today in the afternoon, on saturday (but not before luch) or any time on sunday.
If it is not possible to find a time during this weekend I propose that you take an admin win seeing that the other games are now played and I failed to show up.

I don't even know the last time I've had so much fun playing this game as I did in this match.
I was totally sure by the end of the first half, that I have no change in this one. Gnaar played so well that I did have hard time doing anything and after 8 turns game was 3-1 for him.
Second half I had more players on the pitch and was able to do sneaky elven stuff, which ended me to score 3 fast scores. Game was so close to be 4-4, only if gutter would have managed to do 3+ dodge and some what easy pass, but sadly he didn't make that dodge and game ended 4-3 to me.
As I said, this was maybe my funniest game ever and I thank you Gnaar for that. I really needed some lighthearted fun game and jokes and you delivered.

Final game of the first match day is played. It was delayed a few days due to coach sickness (what else can be expected when you are the coach of a Nurgle team?).
First half was very exciting with several twists in the plot.
The discmen started on the offense but was immediately surprised about a blitz from the Nurgle. After some initial blocking the AG5 player thought he could handle the triple disturbing prescense in his square. He could not and the ball was suddenly free.
The Nurgle quickly got the ball under full control in a nicely built cage. That is, fully under control for 5 seconds until a well timed fireball smoked half the cage and the ball bearer.
Once again the AG5 player could pick up the ball, leap, dodge and throw but once again he failed. In the last step. The ugly snake eyes (probably from a prestigor) stared at him.
Now it was the nurgle that needed to scramble. The ball was picked up by one prestigor and a handover to prestigor number two was attempted. But number 2 did not want to have the ball so it bounced back to number 1 again, to everyones surprise.
Time for turn 8. This time number 1 ran as much as he could and throw a perfect pass to prestigor number 3 who could run into the touchdown zone.
Second half was much calmer. The Nurgle just took the ball and advanced steadily forward. It did not matter what the discmen tried, they just failed. In turn 10 the discmen coach could be seen eating one of his own discs in frustration. Turn 12 it was 2-0 to nurgle.
Third kick-off added salt into the open wounds for the flying men when the audience stunned 3 persons in their defence. Despite that, no more TD happened.

Thanks for the game Tags. As the luck analyzer clearly shows, this was not your day. Especially not when failing those critical rolls as well.

Yeah, thanks for the game, it was unfortunately pretty hard to keep my morale up after the end of the first half there, but of course no fault of yours! You played a solid game, and took the opportunities that were there, as you should :)
