How about 12.00 on sunday?

The goblins fleet is standing ready! 8)
Yarr harr!

The norse will be parking their longboats aside your fleet on coming Sunday at noon. Prepare to be boarded, captain!
Hi Gnaar. Sorry for hassle but is there any chance of starting the match already at 11? My friend has an extra ticket for Guardians of Galaxy and I'd like to see that but the 12 o'clock start would make that hard for me.

OK, looks like the week 7 is done and it's time to move onto the week 8!

About the missing stats, the Old World Pirate's week 6 match (can't remember against whom, maybe Lars?) was an admined win because Gnaarkill was away, so there won't be any stats about that to upload.

So, let's get to business, Gnaarkill! Here are my OK starting times (CEST/GMT+2 as normal) for rest of the week:
- Saturday any time after 11
- Sunday any time before 17

Let me know if either of those suits you, sir. My next available times will probly be Tuesday-Thursday but I'll know about those later in the weekend.

PS TO ALL THE NORWEGIANS! I just booked myself into the Oslo Marathon last week so I'll be invading your lovely country in September and I was wondering if any of you folks have any insights into the comic book stores (with english comics/books) / gaming stores in or about Oslo? My google-fu gives me basically these five and few other that don't seem so interesting. Outland seems to be some kind of franchise store that are all about in Norway, is that any good?

Yeah, not much do to, game started with a rock KO'ing one wolf and at midpoint of 1st half I had 6 norse on the field. At the end of the 1st, there were 3 left. 2 recovered from KO, so started the second with 9 norse. Two turns in and there were 7. At the end there were 3 left lying very still and not getting up. Very, very, very frustrating match where I had a chance for about two turns and after that all I could do were desperate dodging 1d blocks that surprisingly succeeded with 99% efficiency. Thanks again for the whupping, mr. B.

Also, as so many of the players seem to be vacationing at the moment, let's extend this week officially to August 1st where Muller and Kvasi have their game scheduled (I thinks?).

Thanks!

Just realized I hadn't confirmed this yet, but confirmed it is, so I'll be seeing you tonight on the BB field.

Day 6 matches validated and day forwarded, so time for another week of NUL BB!

B-man, when can we dance? I'm assuming your normal 21.00 CEST/GMT+2 gaming time is in order, so here are the days when that's OK for me:
- Saturday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday

Let me know if any of those suits you, sir. I'll let you know about later days later if nescessary.

God damn! Not my day today. My browser just crashed on me when I had a looooooooooooonggg Blood Sports Spotlight match report almost done. Well, what I learned today is that A) don't handoff when you've spent your reroll already on the turn and you really don't need to do the handoff yet and B) start writing the match reports on auto-saving word processor instead of the browser... So here are just some key points that I found the most funny to write 'cause I'm not up to writing all of that mammoth again that I was working on:

- Damn my sultry voice, my sage-like words of wisdom and soothing tone that have woven such a spell of charm that I forgot the follow the match! Well, you tell us, what happened Nippy?
- Erm... Sure thing, mr. Gron. Well, first they knocked out three of them right at the start.
- Yes, yes, I can see that, norse started strong and KO'd the elf front line...
- No, mr. Gron, the elfs knocked out the norse. And then the ref ejected one of the norse. And then the elfs kicked out another norse.
- Knocked out, you must mean, Nippy?
- No, mr. Gron the elf-guy kicked the norse-guy's head when the norse guy was lying on the ground. Oh yes, that did knock him out so maybe that was a knock-kick-ou... kink-o... knicker-out?
- No, no, Nippy, knicker-out is when you hit the guy so hard on the chin that the player flies out of his knickers. Something that every team tries do against the amazons.
.....
- Coach, are you sure you won't be distracted by talking to us at the same time when you're team is playing?
- Nonsense! We Blood Bowl coaches have tremendous skills of consentration, we can juggle many things at the same time! Why I remember this one time - don't bother me, I'm talking to that Grumbundy fellow - one time when we we're playing against ColaChaos and my then girl-friend came to the dugout and started prattling me about things and I just calmly instructed my players and we sma...
- Coach! The ref gave the ball to dog-face two 'cause you didn't tell him who you wan't to get the out-of-bounds ball!
- What?
.....
- ...And you see Gron, the secret to coaching these bone-skulled norse is that you tell them to keep the HANDS OFF the ball and hit hard! And you too it strict! Why, Gron, I remember when...
- Hand-off? Sure thing coach! Oops..
- What?
....
- And the official is handing the MVP medal to the line-elf... Wait, the elf coach tackled the official! He's taking the medal! The official tries to struggle but coach throws a nice haymaker and the official goes down! And the elf coach is now handing the MVP medal to the freebooter-apotechary that saved the elf thrower from what seamed like a certain death. I've never seen such pure joy on anybody's like face like that of the coach who is now shanking the apotechary's hand like grazy! And there comes the Unbreakable Panzer Squad's manager waving what looks like a contract in his other hand and a quill pen in his other hand. Looks like they're trying to sign the freebooter-doctor permanently! But the elf side's current apotechary had come to the field and is now shouting at the coach and the manager... NICE block! And what an assist! Now wonder that the elfs managed to play such a physical game today when even their off-the-field staff has such skills! And looks like the apotechary is injured! He's trying to heal himself! And he's dead...
...

Yep, not much to do on the first half with five of my guys KO'd early and one ejected on the first foul. Still got a chance for the ball when Barmution made a mistake of targeting my Yhetee too eagerly and knocked the Yhetee down next to the ball-carrier who had already moved. Yhetee worked his magic but ball bounced back to Barm. The game was decided on my mistake that Barm already talked about, handoffing the ball. But no complaints from me, I got what I deserved, my head wasn't fully in the game and that's when you make those kinds of mistakes. Fun game still, and it was nice to see Barmution cut his death-streak. Thanks again for the game, it was fun!

Why hello there, mr. Reedy! Another battle of the armors, eh?

I might be able to squeeze in a match on Saturday about 1600, otherwise it'' have to be Wednesday somewhere between 19 and 21.

Cheers!
-Barm McBarmerson

How wonderful, my dear chap. I'll take the Saturday at about somewhere around 16 hundred and mark it down on my calendar.

See you tomorrow!

Match Day 6 is on! Some sort of recap may come during weekend, at the moment it's nearing midnight here in the timezone that is the future for most of you, so I'm off the bed.

But, before I do that, Barmution, my dear fellow, what would be your chances for some pro-beering BB match on these CEST/GMT+2 times?
- Saturday any time after 12
- Tuesday/Wednesday 17-21

Let me know if any of those suits you, sir. I'll update the later times sometime during weekend, if nescessary.

- Ripper! My most excellent star player! What brings you to visit your dear agent, my fellow?
- ME NOT WANT PLAY ON TEENY GREENS NO MORE!
- But Ripper, the goblins pay well! Many chickens and pigs! I know you like them savory pigs!
- RIPPER GET HURT! FURRY-FANG HIT ON HEAD! HURT BAD!
- But dear Ripper, you regenerated almost instantly!
- LAST GAME THEY TOSS ME TO TRASH CAUSE I SLOW TO RISE UP! ME NOT DEAD!
- Oh, you still remember that little mishap. Well, I'm sure they'll take your slow regeneration into account in future.
- NO TEENY GREENS! RIPPER WANT LITTLE GREENS!
- But the orc teams simply don't have the cash to recruit you, but maybe if you would settle for 10 pigs and 100 chickens?
- MORE CHICKENS! RIPPER HUNGRY!

It's late, so no time for detailed match report. Muller had bad luck with the chainsaw's armor rolls early on and I kept my distance from his other dangerous players. Then Ripper got hurt, I got the advantage, the ball and the go-ahead TD. During second half goblins botched almost every dodge possible. On the other hand, trolls managed to get two injuries but as all the green folk were lying prone on the field, I got relatively easy TD. Three turns remaining Muller went for the goblin toss one-turner TD and almost nailed it but the gobbo failed the landing (with reroll). Some ball-fumbling ensued from both teams and then the match ended. Thanks for the game, Muller, and better luck with that dodging in rest of the games!

I´m sorry. I can´t make it day either. Have to work late. Tuesday or Wednesday is not good for me. I will have to give you the win I think.
Sorry for all the trouble I caused.

What's the earliest day you can play? If it's not too far I can wait if that's ok for rest of the league.

Playing Battlestar Galactica right now, first Cylon just revealed by execution. Tight game, humans have a chance which is rare.

I can't make it tonight. Will not be home until 23.30. Can u play tomorrow 21 CEST?

That might be possible. Monday is my boardgaming night but, as I'm living in Finnish time, I'm an hour ahead (man of future!) and I may be at home already at that time.
If 21.30 CEST is OK for you on Monday, that would make life easier for me and I can guarantee that I'll get home by then.

If that is possible, Tuesday and Wednesdayat 21 CEST is also OK.
