Well, despite Mr. Eggleworth's best efforts (a 1 turner TD, 1 casualty and a well deserved MVP award), the goblin side could not continue its winning streak and ended up losing 3-1 to the fast and resilient skaven. The game was defined by the troll's (un)impressive start (turns 1 and 2 saw them drooling on the LOS, 4 1's straight). The match had it all, though:

1) A suicide bomber: he dodged into a nest of rats trying to fumble the bomb, but he slipped!

2) A hungry troll: we all knew he was hungry. In the first half, he was Hungry but failed to properly eat the goblin. Then a halfling in the stands gave him some hints and BOOM, he ate a goblin in the second half. Yummy!

3) An unstoppable goblin: he fouled, he hit hard, he dodged the blows, he flew, landed and scored! Goblinship at its best!

4) A kind Stormvermin: 2 spp was all he needed. The field was full of goblins. No matter how many times he tried, or how many dice he rolled, Ronald RatDonald refused to hurt anything today. He must have mistaken the goblins for little kids in a Ratdonald's Diner.

5) A picky referee: he ejected the chainsaw after a drive despite the bribe (J-Reedy rolled a 1) and kept the money. However, the rest of the game he allowed the goblins to punch and kick helpless rats without sending anyone off.

6) Blinding fast Gutter Runners: they put so much pressure on the goblins that they could score on both their offensive drives (as well as Ratdonald's one). They also withstood fouls and hits pretty well.

All in all, J-Reedy got nuffled big time, he could only use the secret weapons for 1 turn due to a KO not recovering twice, and the bribe failing. His trolls were useless 60 % of the game (though the Guard one did a huge job in the second half). And I got the rolls I needed right in the key plays.

Ratdonald's next stop: a decimated dwarven side. What the &?%¿"% did you guys do to him?
