Mr B

Hi again,

MD1 goes like this:
  • Kvasilad vs hakos
  • Bantha vs Gnaarkill
  • The Golden Arrow vs Barmutin
  • Lasseman vs Equilibri
NO! No boring lists! This thread has been hijacked by the pirate admin! Here is a pretty PICTURE of the MD1:

Shiver me timbers! That looks much more prettyer, like a lovely Lustrian lass after two pints of pure bear brewed beer! ARR! Carry on, me harty mates!

The Golden Arrow

Happy times!

Barm, I am resonably available the coming days. It's a bit dodgy but I can control things a bit to get a game in. Which times would suit you?

J-Reedy

All righty, pretty pictures are now uploaded, should be clear sailing from now on.

I'll pop in now and then to see how my favourite teams do. Those teams are of course the two teams with ties to Finland - those nice michiefous folks from Muumilaakso and the FestFixarna with their star player "Kossu" Koskenkorva.

Play on folks!

Hi Hakos, time to get this show on the road!

Very busy week for me this, but I can probably do Sunday evening, likely from about 2000 and onwards. Failing that, it'll have to slip a bit into next week sometime.

You look a little pale, time for some medication!

Early tomorrow (Saturday), 11-13 works well and same on Sunday. Otherwise it's the old 19+ on Monday and Tuesday.

Cheers,
Barm

The Golden Arrow

Let's go for tomorrow then! Starting at 11 works fine for me :)

Mr B

Gnaar Gnaar-binks!

Where are you and your fancy ladies.
The Valley of Mumin awaits you.
A bit busy.. or busig.. as we say here, how about a trick or two on Monday 21 CET?

Cheers!

Sunday 2000 should work, looking forward to it. Two nice soft teams without any big guys, who will bash, who will run?

Aand, looking at this popular description of your team members, I think our two teams will work perfectly in tandem and have one of the greatest parties ever !

Immanuel Kant was a real pissant
who was very rarely stable.

Heidegger, Heidegger was a boozy beggar
who could think you under the table.

David Hume could out-consume
Wilhelm Freidrich Hegel.

And Wittgenstein was a beery swine
who was just as schloshed as Schlegel.

There's nothing Nietzsche couldn't teach ya
'bout the raising of the wrist,
Socrates, himself, was permanently pissed.

John Stuart Mill, of his own free will,
On half a pint of shandy was particularly ill.

Plato, they say, could stick it away,
Half a crate of whiskey every day.

Aristotle, Aristotle was a bugger for the bottle,
And Hobbes was fond of his dram.

And Rene Descartes was a drunken fart,
"I drink, therefore I am."

Yes, Socrates himself is particularly missed,
A lovely little thinker, but a bugger when he's pissed

Lasseman!

When can my dusty bones drag myself over to your field and crush you under my rambling remains? :D

I mean, I suggest one of the following times for our game:

Mon 16/11: Anytime, really. Free all day!

Wed 18/11: 19:00 ->

Fri 20/11: 20:00 ->

Sat 21/11: 20:00 ->

Sun 22/11: 20:00 ->

So, what works for you?

Hm, got some stuff happening on Sat now. I might be able to squeeze a game in but I'm not sure if I'll have the time. I'll get back to you tomorrow if that's ok?

Lars

Let's aim for Mon 16/11 19:00

and I'll bring a vacuum cleaner to get rid of your dust

I'm going to look for you at 11. I'd rather you be there as agreed upon but feel free to post some alternative times that you KNOW you'll be able to make. I plan my spare time around these matches.

The Golden Arrow

In that case shall we plan for Tuesday instead? I should be available all night but later is preferable.
