Good evening Saitani.

Saitani

Hello Memofin

Will be nice to meet an agile team this time.

Unfortunately I am not able to play until earliest Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday also work well most times as long as we plan at least 1 day in advance.

The Unalived vs The Four Horsemen

Bantha won the toss, and chose to receieve first.

First blitz of the game, an MB Beastman outright kills my MB Wight, regeneration failed. He never even got to take a single turn with his newly acquired MB skill, poor thing.

Starting off on the back foot, the life-challenged ones scramble to set up a defensive stance on their first turn, without accomplishing much.

Second chaos turn, a skeleton is badly injured, but at least he regens successfully. Numbers are getting ugly early.

Despite that, the ball carrier is successfully brought down, and there is a tussle for the ball. Ultimately, The Four Horsemen manage to get it back, and KO'ing a ghoul and a zombie in the process.

Even though the recently deceased are four players down at this point, the ball is knocked loose yet again, and a ghoul is able to pick it up. Being severely outmanned and cornered, a desperate attempt was made to pass it upfield, but even with an RR it was not to be. Some last-minute beastman action secured the touchdown in the end.

The winds were changing a bit towards the midway point, as two Chaos Blockers were KO'd, only one of which recovered for the second half, and in turn 8, a beastman was injured. Meanwhile, all the undead KO's had recovered, which meant that The Unalived actually enjoyed an 11-10 player advantage at the start of second half.

The expired ones marched up the field, with some classic left-to-right-ghouling, and managed to run it in after four turns despite losing the ball once. There was violence on both sides, and the second drive of the second half sees 9 vs 9 players on the pitch.

A couple of turns pass without much progress being made, as there is mostly fighting for space around the line of scrimmage. On turn 15, however, The Unalived manage to swarm around the ball carrier, with several in base contact including a mummy.

The Four Horsemen's turn 15 is fateful, as the second action is a 2D block that sees double skulls. Being out of team RRs, this is a very early turnover with three undead players still in base contact with the ball carrier.

The Mummy unleashes a 2D block against the carrier, and... doesn't get what it needs. RR is spent, still no pow or stumble, so a push is all it gets, which also means the carrier leaves base contact with the two ghouls. Enter the lowly zombie from the back, blitzing in for a heroic stumble. The ball is loose, the nearby beastman is pushed away, and all the remaining ghoul has to do is pick up the ball and run it in for the 2-1 victory!

Good game Mr. B!

Match between the Dorfs and Nurgle was played. The dorfs TV was temporary crippled after their last match against the humans so the TV difference was heavily weighted towards the nurgle and the dwarfs had six substitute players.
The dwarfs started on offence but had a hard time trying to get down field due to big and smelly dudes everywhere. They lost the ball late in the drive but managed to stop the nurgle team from scoring.
In second half the weather got hot and left some people in the dugout. The nurgle used up the rerolls early in the half and did not manage to get the ballcarrier in a cage or close to the rest of the team the dwarf took advantage of this and tried to swarm the ball carrier and the downfield meanwhile maintain pressure on the LOS. The dwarfs managed to steal the ball but a bit greeading in the stalling befor scoring made them loose the ball once more. The ball scattered out from the field but the bounce in was lucky and allowed for dwarf blocker to score if he managed to pick up the ball. He manage it for a score of 1-0. The nurgle got two turns to score but a failed pass sealed the result to 1-0 to the iron dwarfs.

Thanks for a nice match J-Reedy was a tight one and could really have gone either way
good luck in future matches.

Alrighty!

A little to late for a lengthy report here.
But to summarize.

The star player for this match was surely the ever fouling gobbo of the Whaag Whaag - team!
Taking out the Shunned's big ogre Techno Viking in round 1 followed by a relentless beating on the minotaur Track2, who only survived thanks to the half time bell.
The gobbo, he who shall not be named, nuffle forbid, continued his crusade to annihilate the Shunned from the face of the Old World. Through clever methods and inner circle connection the sneaky git of course had a deal with the ref, who, mind you, also is of goblin heritage... surprise mother fu...

Futile tries to send of the little green menace only made it more obvious that the whole match was staged.
The Shunned can count themselves lucky to come away with a draw.
I wonder how many fat pocketed goblin bosses will go to the Blorcs asking for a refund on this one?

GG Jaiseri-man! :D

Final game of MD6.

It was a bloody and a fun game.
Elfs won the toss and choose to be in defence first. Some time later and some lucky dice, elves managed to steal the ball and score early.
Humans answered and scored back at turn 6, so I got 2 turns to try score, which happened with some help of so called "elf bullshit".

Second half started and elfs managed to get early score in and choose to try to trust being 2 score ahead. Humans scored their second goal in turn 14.
I decided not to try another  2 turner and instead just screened the ball and secured 3-2 win.

2 dead elfs and couple injuries, so pretty bloody game, luckily apo was awake and managed to save one blitzer <3

Thanks for the game Hakos it was a fun game. Good luck in the future games :)
