Ok, how did this happen? Amazon beat Chaos Dwarf with 2-0.

Let's start from the beginning

Chaos Dwarf starts, they do what they should do, the LOS is down. The Dirty hobgoblin player fouls. Amazons re-position and tries to avoid being stamped on. Cassia misses a short leg, falls and seems dead until the Apothecary wakes her up. But she will never be herself again with that niggling feeling of imminent damage in the future.

Rough start. The Dirty goblin continues to foul every turn. At least the referee catches it in turn 3.

Since most players on the chaos team is, in fact, dwarves, despite some odd claws here and there, they are not that agile. They have a problem to pass the amazon defense who is very good at the repositioning game. Finally the ball carrying hobgoblin sees a way forward and he runs as far as he can, and then some more. He falls. Just two squares away from scoring.

Amazons even get a chance at scoring but the Catch in turn 8 fails. 0-0 after first half. Only one permanently badly hurt amazon feels like a victory.

Time for the amazons to be the offense, but chaos can not tolerate that and blitzes instead. It looks tough but after some careful manuvering the ball is at least at midfield. Then the fireball hits and takes out two amazon players. The outer defense is still intact, though. Only a lone hobgoblin can reach the ball. Since he is completely surrounded he tries to throw the ball but Calla manages to intercept.

After that it is high speed towards the dwarfen end zone. The amazons start to sacrifice themselves to make sure Calla can score. 1-0.

Once again the chaos dwarfs are on the offence, but nothing is as normal, this time the Amazons blitzes instead. Two players are placed where the ball will land, unfortunately it bounces away. The AG4 hobgoblin has no problems to pick it up, but throwing it is another matter. To everyones suprise the ball is suddenly free in the middle of nowhere. It can be picked up by Calla.

Once again every amazon player sacrifices themselves to make sure no one can reach Calla. With the help of some fine female legs at the right places and some ugly hairy legs that trips and fall Calla can once again score. 2-0.

WoW, that was an intense match.

Feels like a Pyrrhus victory with 4 players missing in next match and two of them got permanent damages as well.

So many things could have made this match go in a completely different direction. The snake eyes on the gfi hobgoblin in first half. The snake eyes on the AG4 hobgoblin throwing a short pass. All the failed dodges/gfi for the chaos. Almost all damages on the amazon coming late in the game (unless they were self inflicted).

I understand why Tags felt a bit frustrated at the end. But thanks for the game and being nice about it.

Wowzers, didn't realize how much movement luck all those leaps out of the tentacled grasp of the The Wretched Spawn required. Well, this was a violent but friendly affair overall. Nurggle side lost a Prestigor permanently and the Kislev side started it's journey into totally ST2 roster. Highlights of the match included Nurgle Warrior making an interception, ridoncelous passes accross the field by Nomine Incognito and leaping, so much leaping. So it was a totally normal Nomine Incognito game.

Thanks for the game, Gnaarkill, a pleasure as always!

It was a very frustrating match, for sure. But reviewing the match now, I can't blame Nuffle for most things, it was mostly due to your great tactical positioning, coupled with the fact that you could outstrength/outguard me easily. This team is not great when it's not winning the bashing war!

Anyway, thanks for the match, it was a well-deserved victory.

Mr B

MD1 complete

New computer so, took some time to get all BB2 related data.

Thanks for the game Lars, could summaraize it with, Necro canĀ“t Jump or dodge.
There were quite many turn overs due to the hungry wolf wanted it all for him self.
But fire they new well as the ball of fire dropped all and sent 2 out of 4 out.
There was also a deep snow, the entire first half that as norse did not really bother about but, had to pay the price.

But anyhow, thanks for the game Larz!
Will forward the game now so MD2 can start.
Cheers

Sorry for not uploading the match here on the forums.
Had some problems with BBReplayer. But works fine now. Had to reupload the database? If that makes sense?
Anyways works now.

So thx for putting up the score here J-R and yes, as always, a pleasure to play with you :)
