While not explicitly communicated here on the forums, we seem to have moved mostly to Discord for coordinating our matches (discord dot gg slash 67JmYH3UkX).

Posting here to make sure everyone knows, last match remaining in MD 4 is Lazer/Lars vs Saitani!

Lars, if you're reading this, we've tried to reach you, but you'll lose on a walkover this Thursday if we don't hear anything (two weeks after MD 4 was started)

With the help of Morg'n'Thorg, the dwarves manhandled the deadies throughout the entire match, starting early with several removals. Well played Lars!

This was a serious Nuffling affair. I'm not sure how many 1's Hakos rolled for various things this match, I lost count, but it was bad. Really bad.

Thanks for the match though Hakos, you're a great sport, and hope you have better luck going forward.

The Unalived have joined Season 53.

Only 6 teams in there as of now, I'll repeat this here:

The competition "NUL Season 53" has already been created in-game, join up when you have a team ready. The password as always is 'nul'.

Only the Finals left in Season 52, our first ever Blood Bowl 3 NUL season, so let's start the sign-up for Season 53!

This is the second season of the three season series, so this time semi-experienced teams and new teams are allowed. TV limit will be that of the highest team from season 52 that will continue into season 53. You are free to use older existing NUL teams for season 53, given that they fall within the TV limit. That means you can swap out your season 52 team if you're not happy with it! (...and you have an existing NUL team that qualifies) and new teams are always OK in any season.

Second semi-final played!

Unalived chose to receive, scored early (turn 3). Was I too cocky, though? Seemed like it, because Hakos was able to quite comfortably both beat me up and score the equalizer. Still two turns left, I was close to getting the go-ahead, but the first half ended 1-1.

Second half was a bash-fest, and the ball was stripped from both sides multiple times on multiple spots on the field. In the end, however, one of my ghouls got away with it, and although it was contested, he made the final dodge away in turn 16 to score just before extra time.

Well played Hakos, see you next season!

All right! All teams joined, seems the schedule is set up correctly and the competition started (who did that? Thanks anyway :D).

So Hakos, how's your week looking? I can do most evenings this week, although I'd prefer to get a round of disc golf in when the weather allows. So my preference is CET 21 start, but I can make exceptions for sure.

Given our league structure, we will have semi-finals and and a final when we are 10+ teams, which we are for this season.

This means that the semi-final match-ups will be:
- The Unalived vs Dazzling Dudes
- Old Skool Orks vs Giggling Gloomstalkers

Competition has been created, called "Season 52 Playoffs" within the NUL League. Passowrd is 'nul'.

There's not much to say, other than that this is one of the worst nufflings I've been on the fortunate side of.

The Unalived met Dazzling Dudes on the field last night!

Having a significant TV disadvantage, Dazzling Dudes was able to hire Griff Oberwald for the occasion. They won the toss, and chose to kick. The Unalived caught the ball and proceeded up the field in a relatively controlled fashion... that is, until an opportunity presented itself to surf Griff. And surfed he was, but at the cost of needing to do a dodge with the ball carrier to score. As we all know, odds work differently when a touchdown is on the line, so 3+ with RR was not good enough. Hakos was able to steal the ball and easily control it to the endzone. To add insult to injury, Griff was perfectly fine and back for the next drive.

With Dazzling Dudes to receieve in the second half, and sitting on a 1-0 lead, they confidently set up a flank attack to secure the win, and it did indeed look like they would get the 2-0. But alas, 3+ with RR was not good enough for Hakos either. So in an exact mirror of what happened first half, the Dazzling Dudes carrier failed the dodge and lost the ball. The Unalived was able to capitalize by rushing in the 1-1 equalizer.

There were a couple of turns left in it, and The Unalived set up in the most aggressive setup possible, with almost every player on the line. There was some scuffling, and it did look like there might be a touchdown, but the clock ran out with nobody in scoring position.

So 1-1 was the final result, thanks for the match Hakos!
